Stream Art Day | THE VOID X UKRAiNATV [Bridges of Solidarity]

When: Thursday 26th September
Where: Framer Framed (Amsterdam/Online)

THE VOID (INC) and UKRAiNATV are co-organizing a day long event at Framer Framed in Amsterdam as part of the exhibition “Really? Art and Knowledge in Time of Crisis”. The event will focus on streaming practices, hybrid media, and tactical media. With an open invitation to both in-person and online audiences, we will explore how media can be used as a tool for collaboration during times of crisis. It includes hands-on activities like PeerTube transmission tests, live stream workshop together with talks and creative performances.

Embracing the legacy of the three MetaForum conferences (1994-96), MFX continues to highlight the urgent issues of the times with a reflection on contemporary crisis surfing. The theme of PermaCrises examines the persistent breakdown of our political, societal and cultural systems, capturing the extremity of this situation through its continuality and pervasiveness.
