Omwille van de nieuwe coronamaatregelen zullen de tentoon-stellingen Zoë Field (Trust Issues) & Katinka de Jonge (Collection of Doubts) en Anna Godzina: Thunderbolt vanaf donderdag 29 oktober gesloten [removed];Bram van Bree: Flags for the Future is enkel te bezichtigen vanaf de straatkant en het binnenplein van RAAT, waardoor het project zoals gepland kan doorgaan. AAIR betuigt haar steun en solidariteit aan iedereen om deze moeilijke tijden door te komen.

RAAT is een initiatief van AAIR.

Met “Flags for the Future” geeft Bram van Bree een aanzet om na te denken over de toekomst. Vlaggen kennen we als betekenisdragers die landen, voetbalclubs of bedrijven symbolisch aanwezig stellen. Van Bree maakte vlaggen die abstracte en veranderlijke concepten verbeelden en vereeuwigt daarmee zijn beeld van wat ons te wachten staat. De installatie is enkel te zien vanaf de straatkant en het binnenplein.

Due to the new corona measures, the exhibitions Zoë Field (Trust Issues) & Katinka de Jonge (Collection of Doubts) and Anna Godzina: Thunderbolt will close as of Thursday 29 [removed];Bram van Bree: Flags for the Future can only be viewed from the street side and courtyard of RAAT, allowing the project to continue as planned. AAIR sends its support and solidarity to everyone to overcome these difficult times.

RAAT is an initiative by AAIR.

Bram van Bree’s “Flags for the Future” invites us to reflect on what is yet to come. Flags are generally used as symbolic representations of concrete entities like countries, football clubs or companies. Van Bree creates flags that depict abstract and changing concepts, materializing his vision of what lies ahead. The installation is only visible from the street side and courtyard.
