[EN] “Spit & Sweat is a somatic descent—a journey through the ruptures and secretions of the body into subterranean sites where grief softens the ground into a fertile space of [removed]#8221; This exhibition by Helena Dietrich, Annick Nölle, and Hanne Van Dyck will be activated through live performances, a reading, and a voice session.

[NL] “Spit & Sweat is een somatische afdaling—een reis door de breuken en afscheidingen van het lichaam naar onderaardse plekken waar verdriet de grond verzacht tot een vruchtbare ruimte van [removed]#8221; Deze tentoonstelling van Helena Dietrich, Annick Nölle en Hanne Van Dyck wordt op verschillende momenten geactiveerd met live performances, een voordracht, en een stemworkshop.

[EN] The publication Dannie. io brings together the stories, threads and images of
Kunst & Zwalm (about/with/in/through) water, an art route in the Zwalm region, curated in 2023 by manoeuvre and nadine. The publication will be launched during the official opening of the festival Open­ba­re Wer­ken (organised by Tot in de Stad!) with a talk about co-curating, and co-creation.

[NL] De publicatie Dannie. io bundelt de verhalen, draden en beelden van de
Kunst & Zwalm (over/met/in/door) water, een kunstroute in Zwalm, gecureerd in 2023 door manoeuvre en nadine. De publicatie wordt gelanceerd tijdens de officiële opening van het festival Openbare Werken (georganiseerd door Tot in de Stad!) met een gesprek over co-cureren en co-creatie.

[FR] La publication Dannie. io rassemble les histoires, les images et les fils conducteurs de Kunst & Zwalm (sur/avec/dans/à travers) l’eau, un parcours d’interventions artistiques à Zwalm, organisée par manoeuvre et nadine en 2023. La publication sera présentée lors de l’ouverture du festival Openbare Werken (organisé par Tot in de Stad !) avec une conférence sur la co-construction et la co-création.

[EN] Seven artists explored the parallels between agriculture and art during seasonal residencies on the farm of Boer Maarten (from March ’23 to March ’25). That long period of research is now followed by a phase of producing new works, which together form
De Collectie. On Sunday 18 May, the artists will present their creations during an ongoing programme of visual work, sound installation and performance on the farm.

[NL] Zeven kunstenaars gingen tijdens seizoensresidenties op de boerderij van Boer Maarten (van maart ’23 tot maart ’25) op verkenning naar de parallellen tussen landbouw en kunst. Na deze lange periode van onderzoek volgt een productiefase van nieuwe werken, die samen De Collectie vormen. Op zondag 18 mei presenteren de kunstenaars hun creaties tijdens doorlopend programma van visueel werk, geluidsinstallatie en performance op de boerderij.

[FR] Sept artistes ont exploré les parallèles entre l’agriculture et l’art, au cours de résidences saisonnières à la ferme de Boer Maarten (entre mars ’23 et mars ’25). Cette longue période de recherche est suivie d’une phase de production de nouvelles œuvres, dont l’ensemble constitue De Collectie.  Les artistes présenteront leurs créations dimanche 18 mai à la ferme, dans un programme qui propose des œuvres visuelles, des installations sonores et des performances.
