The seventh week of features a video by Park McArthur & Constantina Zavitsanos: Scores for Carolyn (2019), which is available from Tuesday 18 May until Monday 24 May.

Scores for Carolyn is a short video of instructional scores for care with two or more people that intentionally blurs the roles of care provider and receiver.
Named for (and to) artist Carolyn Lazard, the video features open captions synced to a slowed and languorous reading of each score.
The video’s captions appear across a detail image of the artwork Consumed Grounds (2015) by Jessica Vaughn. Made primarily of asphalt, Consumed Grounds’s glittery surface fills the video’s visual field.
