In the framework of its ongoing virtual series of “Online Talks”, Talking Galleries will host a live conversation with Art Basel director Marc Spiegler about the fairs panorama during and [removed];

The live versions of all three Art Basel fairs were cancelled this year, due to the current pandemic, along with almost all other major art fairs. In this talk, Marc Spiegler will speak to renowned art journalist Georgina Adam about the issues raised by these cancellations, survey the whole landscape of art fairs and suggest how they can adapt to what is still an uncertain future.

Dedicated to the gallery sector, Talking Galleries is the other proposal organised by Screen Projects along with the LOOP Barcelona Fair and [removed];During September 2020, it presents Online Talks, a virtual talks programme conceived in light of these challenging times, with a focus on the impact of Covid-19 on the gallery world and the wider art market.
